NOVA University Lisbon will implement, in all its Organic Units, a Gender Equality Plan for the period 2021-2025, reaffirming its alignment with the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.
The Plan consists of 10 measures which aim to achieve a set of 44 objectives that are distributed over five dimensions, in particular: work-life balance and organisational culture, gender balance in leadership and decision-making, gender equality in recruitment and career progression, integration of the gender dimension into research and teaching content and measures against gender-based violence.
