NOVA launchs in September the first edition of NOVA SUSTAINABILITY WEEK, an exclusive event for NOVA community, that aims to bring together the several Schools showing their projects in Sustainable Development Goals and promoting the intersection of opportunities amongst them.
NOVA Sustainability Week will take place between the 12th and 16th of September, with on-site activities on the Campolide Campus on the 13th and 14th of September. Interested parties must express their interest, by sending the template available on NOVA’s website, by June 30th.
Interdisciplinarity and innovation are fundamental practices for the theme of sustainability, which NOVA acknowledges and undertakes in its mission, services, teaching, research and creation of value for the community. The NOVA community (teachers, researchers, students and non-teachers) already develops a wide range of activities related to sustainability in its organic units and research centres, with internationally recognized cases.
