The 25th International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC25) will be organized by NOVA National School of Public Health in partnership with The International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC), the Portuguese Association for Integrated Care and SNS Executive Directorate, and will take place in the CCB Lisbon on 14-16 May 2025, with the overarching theme ‘Synergising Health and Care: Leveraging Integrated Care for a Sustainable Future’
The conference will bring together leaders, researchers, clinicians, managers, community representatives, patients and caregivers from around the world who are engaged in the design and delivery of integrated health and care.
The organization’s mandate was transferred in Belfast, during the 24th ICIC, with NOVA NSPH being represented at the event by its Deputy Director, Prof. Rui Santana.
