Involving students from the Specialization in Hospital Administration, the NOVA National School of Public Health hosted an innovative simulation exercise, led by IESE Business School and which included the active presence of Dr. Delfim Rodrigues, Coordinator of the National Program for the Implementation of Hospitalization Home Care Units in NHS hospitals.
Through simulation exercises involving decision-making in multiple scenarios, participants were involved in an immersive experience, acquiring and testing valuable knowledge and practical skills for providing healthcare.
The implementation of this program resulted from the collaboration between NOVA NSPH and IESE Business School, Barcelona, and represents the NOVA NSPH’s commitment to training future healthcare leaders.
