Behavioural change in the context of physical activity and the multiple health behaviour change interventions are the motto of the Behavioural Science Research Seminar, which will take place next Monday, September 30, at the NOVA National School of Public Health (NOVA NSPH). The session will take place in room 3A13.
The initiative, coordinated by Marta Marques, a professor at NOVA NSPH, will present various doctoral projects related to behavioural change, followed by a discussion about the projects and the promotion of synergies.
The monitoring of an intervention to promote physical activity in a Danish childcare institution, adherence to behavioural weight loss programmes, the development and implementation of a physiotherapy programme for patients with osteoarthritis and support for health professionals in providing personalised behavioural change care for patients with multimorbidity are the main topics highlighted.
