Overview

POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM

In any context of effective management of public and private resources, their efficient allocation is essential. Thus, the economic and outcomes evaluation in health, particularly concerning health technologies, is indispensable for decision-making.

The Postgraduate Program in Health Economics and Health Outcomes is aimed at professionals who produce and utilize evidence for decision-making in the health sector. It provides the knowledge and tools to support the generation of evidence, as well as the interpretation of studies evaluating health technologies.

Since its first edition, the Postgraduate Program has integrated the core content of two previous short courses offered by ENSP NOVA—Economic Evaluation in Health and Outcomes Research—by combining and complementing them, thereby offering an integrated training experience in the form of a Postgraduate Program.
