GENERAL INFORMATION
The 60th Post-Graduation Course in Occupational Health has the duration of one year and will begin in October 2020 and conclusion by the end of July 2021.
The curricular part of the COM is of mandatory attendance, due to the mandatory curricular units (UC) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 16.30 and to 22.10 hours. The optional CUs are held on Wednesday in the same schedule or Saturday in the morning.
The COM requires a minimum of 10 registrations and a maximum of 20, including any supernumerary vacancies.
The organization, operation, activities and other aspects related to the COM are defined in the respective Regulation.
The COM is taught at the National School of Public Health (NSPH) from Nova University in Lisbon.
The recommended bibliography to be used by the students is in Portuguese and English, and therefore it is indispensable some degree of proficiency in these languages.

The Coordinator of the Occupational Medicine Course is Prof. Doctor Antonio de Sousa Uva and the Deputy Coordinator is Prof. Doctor Ema Leite.

APPLICATION:
The application is submitted online, by completing the application form, which includes a biographical questionnaire and motivation and professional project of the candidate; documentation proving the qualifications’ degree or equivalent and other curricular elements that the candidate deems relevant should be attached.
In case of questions the Academic Services of the ENSP-UNL are open between 11.00 and 12.30 and from 13.30 to 18.30 (telephone: 21 751 21 00/21; e-mail: academicos@ensp.unl.pt).
In the event of vacancies, a second phase of applications can be open between 13th July and 7th September 2018.
SELECTION:
Candidates are selected through the curricular analysis and can be submitted to an elimination test (individual interview) by a jury created for this purpose.
The interviews are planned to take place between 6th and 9th July.
Registration will be admitted to applicants approved in selection tests, which will be included on a nominal list published until 28th July.
Each module requires a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 applications.
In case of a second phase of applications opens, the interviews will be conducted between 4th August and 8th September 2018. Admitted candidates must register (online) within the period between the publication of the candidate’s admission list and 28th September 2018.
