Patients Organizations

ENSP-NOVA

The National School of Public Health (NNSPH) is developing within the scope of its mission training for Patient Associations enabling them to access a variety of knowledge that is fundamental to their activity so that they will have an active and significant participation in the healthcare system.

The training on Active for Health – Academy for Patient Association Capacity Building is developed by NNSPH with the support of Roche and its main goal is for Patient Associations to have new skills and tools for social intervention and management.

After the success of its first edition, in 2018, the second edition of the Academy for Patient Association Capacity Building takes off in February 2019 and comprises seven theory-practice modules that last for six hours each, two seminars, and a project module.

The proposed contents were the result of needs that were identified by the associations and other actors in the system.
