Apresentação

André Den Exter é  Professor Visitante da ENSP NOVA e Professor de Direito da Saúde na Erasmus University Rotterdam .

Doutorado em Direito desde 2002. Desde então, foi nomeado professor de Direito da Saúde na Universidade Erasmus de Roterdão. Lecciona vários cursos sobre temas de direito da saúde neerlandês e internacional.

Den Exter é membro fundador do Observatório Erasmus de Direito da Saúde e coordena a escola de verão anual do Observatório sobre Direito e Ética da Saúde, na Universidade Erasmus de Roterdão. Em nome do Observatório, e com o patrocínio da KNAW e da ERACOL Eramus Mundus, organizou eventos semelhantes na Indonésia (Universidades de Bandung e Surabaya) (2009-2011) e no Panamá (Universidade do Panamá) (2011).
