COURSE SYLLABUS

Coordination of healthcare work, complex adaptive systems and complexity leadership; leadership as a process and paradox management. Transformational and humble leadership, leader–member relationships and assessment of leadership styles; healthcare management models, appreciative coaching and organisational change strategies.

CERTIFICATION

The awarding of 4 ECTS requires a positive result in the final assessment.
