The Master’s in Environmental Health and Climate Change is designed to respond to the current and future challenges of environmental health and public health in a context of climate change, training highly qualified professionals to work in complex and dynamic contexts. This program is distinguished by its professional nature, combining academic rigor with practical application, through a strong articulation with health and environmental institutions, public and private bodies and companies.
Students will have the opportunity to develop technical and strategic skills that will allow them to lead innovative projects, implement climate change mitigation and adaptation policies, and promote healthy environments. Collaboration with different partners in teaching, internships, or project development provides real-world experience, networking, and employability, preparing graduates for a solid career in both the national and international markets.
This Master’s degree is, therefore, a space for convergence between science, practice and social impact, training professionals capable of transforming knowledge into concrete solutions to new challenges.
Professionals with a degree in areas related to Environmental Health, Climate Change or Public Health, with professional experience of more than 5 years, interested in developing intervention skills in the area of environmental health, who already work in the sector and wish to progress to strategic functions or who still wish to enter this field, both nationally and internationally. This Master’s is also aimed at those who aspire to pursue an academic career, and may later enter a doctoral program.

Over two teaching weeks, synchronous online classes take place on Tuesdays, from 16:30 to 22:10.
The 2nd and 3rd phases will only be opened if vacancies are available.
