Joana Seringa is a researcher at the National School of Public Health at NOVA University Lisbon. She holds a PhD in Public Health, with a specialization in Health Policy, Management, and Administration, and is an expert in AI for health. She has extensive experience developing training programs and health system improvement projects at both the national and international levels. Additionally, she serves as an Associate Editor for the Health Services Management Research journal and is a member of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Health Management.
