PROJECT DESCRIPTION

NOVA NSPH is undertaking a comprehensive energy retrofit of its campus, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).

This initiative forms part of an integrated sustainability vision that NOVA NSPH applies not only in teaching and research but also in the management of its infrastructure. The campus is thus becoming more efficient, comfortable, and aligned with the requirements of the energy and ecological transition.

 

Main Objectives

 

  • Enhancement of the thermal performance of the building’s opaque and glazed envelope;
  • Upgrading of technical systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning;
  • Installation of renewable energy solutions (photovoltaic solar panels);
  • Renewal of lighting with high-efficiency lamps.
