Global launch of PaRIS (Patient-Reported Indicator Surveys)
The global launch of PaRIS (Patient-Reported Indicator Surveys), the first international study dedicated to analysing the experience and results reported by healthcare users, conducted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), with the support of the Directorate-General for Health, and in partnership with NOVA NSPH, will take place in Lisbon on February 20, 2025, at the Oriente Foundation Auditorium.
PaRIS will make it possible to understand how health systems are responding to citizens’ needs by listening to people, thus offering a unique perspective on the quality of primary care in OECD countries.
The launch event will be attended by representatives of users, health professionals, academic experts and policymakers from various OECD countries, promoting a wide-ranging debate on the results of the study. There will also be a moment dedicated to analysing the data for Portugal, providing an in-depth reflection on the challenges and opportunities facing the Portuguese healthcare system.
