Isabel Albuquerque

Invited Assistant Professor of the Health Systems Policies and Management Department, member of the Center for Research in Public Health (CISP) and the Comprehensive Health Research Centre.

PhD in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics of NOVA University Lisbon and MsC in Health Services Management from ISCTE-IUL. Advisor of the Vice-Rector for Health of NOVA University Lisbon and Head of NOVAhealth Platform.

Research interests include leadership, organizational culture and change, spirituality at work, organizational behavior and human resource management in healthcare organizations, organization of healthcare delivery and healthcare integration.
