Patricia Marques

Health Policy and Systems Management Invited Assistant Professor
Presentation

Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Systems Policy and Management and member of the Public Health Research Center (CISP) and the Comprehensive Health Research Center.

She has a PhD in Public Health from NOVA NSPH and a postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration from NOVA NSPH, where she was a researcher in the Department of Health Systems Policy and Management for ten years. She is currently a researcher at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical at the International Center for Eye Health.

Her areas of research interest are the organization of health care provision, the integration of health care, health financing and payment modalities for providers and economic evaluation in health.

Teaching

 

Co-coordinator of the Postgraduate Degree in Health Auditing, a new proposal in partnership with the Portuguese Institute of Internal Auditing;
Participation in the Financing and Financial Analysis in Health Organizations UC for the Hospital Administration Specialization Course;
