The EUTOPIA_HEALTH project has launched two funding opportunities for researchers in the Consortium, especially those dedicated to health-related topics and affiliated with one of the three, including NOVA University Lisbon.

Under the EUTOPIA_HEALTH Cross-University Mobility Programme for Young Researchers, short-term research opportunities are open to PhD students and early career researchers (up to 8 years after their PhD). Applicants must identify a collaborator from a host laboratory or research centre at a Consortium university that matches their research interests. The grant supports mobility for a period of one to five months.

Deadline: 31 March 2025.

The EUTOPIA_HEALTH Seed Funding Call will support two transdisciplinary research projects, each led by a NOVA researcher responsible for submitting the proposal. The Principal Investigator must have a doctoral degree and at least four years of post-doctoral experience. Each project will have a budget of €120,000 (including indirect costs) and an execution period of 24 months. Teams must include members from at least three universities in the Consortium, including the Leader from NOVA University Lisbon. Deadline: 30 April 2025.
