Florentino Serranheira is an Associate Professor at NOVA National School of Public Health. He is a member of the Center for Public Health Research (CISP) and the Center for Integral Health Research (CHRC).
His research focuses on Occupational Health and Ergonomics. Her academic and research interests extend to the field of Ergonomics and currently focus on Hospital Ergonomics and Patient and Health Professional Safety. In general, these topics are part of the line of research in Occupational Health or Health and Safety at Work, which for some years has focused on the context of Hospitals and other Health Units, in the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health.
He has a doctorate and a master’s degree in Public Health/Occupational Health from NOVA NSPH and a degree in Ergonomics from FMH/UL.
