Academic Services play a central role in the students’ journey, from the reception to the issuance of diplomas.
They are responsible for guiding applications, managing registrations, enrollments and evaluations, issuing official documents, organizing curricula and administering pedagogical and scientific spaces.

Information and Documentation Services (SDI) provide specialised technical support through their Library, Scientific Information Management, Institutional Repository, Editorial, and Publications units. The Communication and Marketing Office (GCM) promotes ENSP NOVA and facilitates communication with its stakeholders, managing internal and external communication, public relations, press office and corporate identity.
The GCM supports the academic community in the dissemination and promotion of the training offer, in the management of the relationship with potential students, as well as in the dissemination of projects and events, strengthening the presence and recognition of the institution in the area of public health.

The Research, Development and Innovation Support Office (GAIDI) promotes and supports scientific research, working in three areas: application management, identifying funding opportunities and supporting proposals; scholarship management, ensuring contracts, scholarship renewal and interface with the FCT; and project management, monitoring the implementation, accountability and audits.
GAIDI strengthens the capacity for research and innovation in the area of public health.

The Quality Planning and Management Office (GPGQ) ensures the implementation of quality policies at ENSP NOVA, supporting the person responsible for the area, managing documents, audits and non-conformities, promoting improvements and monitoring complaints.
It also participates in audits and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
