He is a Statutory Auditor and a partner at ABC, SROC. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of IPO Lisboa, Hospital Fernando da Fonseca, SESARAM, and Fundação João Bento Raimundo, as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of Hospital de Braga.
He holds a Master’s in Accounting and a degree in Auditing and Statutory Audit. He served as Advisor/Specialist Technician at the Secretariat of State for the Treasury in the XXI Government.
He was Project Manager of the PPDR – Regional Development Promotion Programme, Advisor to the National Coordinator of the Microenterprise Incentive Scheme, and Tax Inspection Expert and Instructor in Tax Crimes at the Tax Administration.
