Participants will develop an entrepreneurial mindset that enables them to identify and transform innovative healthcare ideas into viable and sustainable business opportunities. Through a practical approach, they will learn to apply business evaluation tools, select and refine their ideas, and develop business models that meet market needs. They will also gain skills in validating ideas, discovering customers, and strategically positioning themselves in the healthcare market, with an emphasis on managing innovative projects.
