A training program that equips professionals to plan, execute, and evaluate health projects effectively, ensuring the delivery of quality results in complex and challenging environments.
Field of Knowledge: Project Management
By the end of the training, participants will be able to understand the fundamental concepts of project management, describe the project life cycle and success criteria, use specific management tools, plan and control projects effectively, and apply behavioral and contextual skills according to the IPMA framework. Additionally, they will be able to build and execute a project plan using specialized software such as Microsoft Project.
Through the taught content, participants will be able to understand the traditional factors associated with project success, learn the most commonly used methodologies for managing the core areas of project management, and therefore develop technical and behavioral skills relevant to planning and managing projects of varying scope, size, and complexity.
The awarding of 4 ECTS requires a positive result in the final assessment.
