A training program designed to equip participants with the foundational skills to plan, execute, and evaluate health projects effectively, ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality results in complex and challenging environments.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to understand the fundamental concepts of project management, describe the lifecycle and success criteria of a project, use specific management tools, plan and control projects effectively, and apply behavioral and contextual skills according to the IPMA framework. Additionally, they will be capable of constructing and executing a project plan using specialized software, such as Microsoft Project.
Through the program’s content, participants will be able to understand the traditional factors associated with project success, become familiar with the most commonly used methodologies for managing core areas of project management, and develop relevant technical and behavioral skills for planning and managing projects of varying scope, size, and complexity.
The awarding of 4 ECTS requires a positive result in the final assessment.
