A training program that equips professionals to develop and implement strategies based on behavioral science to promote positive changes in health and well-being.
Field of Knowledge: Behavioral Science
By the end of the training, participants will be able to understand the principles of behavioral science, apply theories and systematic methodologies in the development of behavioral change interventions in health, identify modifiable behavioral factors, and use key techniques and skills to design and implement these interventions effectively.

Principles, stages, and frameworks supporting the development and implementation of behavioral change interventions.
Introduction to the Behaviour Change Wheel.
Behavioral Analysis: Identifying behaviors to change, analyzing behavioral factors using theories.
Behavioral Change Techniques: Identifying, selecting, and applying.
Applications in health and planetary health contexts: Case Studies.
The awarding of 4 ECTS requires a positive result in the final assessment.
