At the end of the training, participants will be able to understand the importance of leadership and its impact on healthcare organizations, recognizing different types and leadership styles suitable for various contexts and organizational cultures. They will also be able to apply change management strategies, independently use leadership diagnostic tools, and develop a personal leadership plan, valuing leadership as an essential element in the management of organizations.
