A program designed to equip participants with the skills needed to understand and apply key concepts of organizational behavior, empowering them to take on the role of effective managers and leaders. Participants will learn to identify functional and dysfunctional behaviors within organizations and utilize practical tools to foster organizational change and improve performance.
Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their management and leadership skills, with a specific focus on the dynamics of organizational behavior. By understanding the causes and consequences of functional and dysfunctional behaviors in organizations, they will be able to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to promote a productive and healthy work environment. Additionally, the program provides practical tools for analyzing organizational behavior, enabling participants to drive organizational changes independently and assertively.
