Florentino Serranheira is an Associate Professor at NOVA NSPH. He is a member of the Center for Public Health Research (CISP) and the Comprehensive Health Research Centre (CHRC). His research focuses on occupational health and ergonomics. Her academic and research interests extend to the field of ergonomics and currently focus on hospital ergonomics and patient and health professional safety. In general, these topics are part of the line of research in occupational health or health and safety at work, which for some years has focused on the context of Hospitals and other Health Units, in the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health.
He has a PhD and a Master’s in Public Health/Occupational Health from NOVA NSPH and a degree in Ergonomics from FMH/UL.
