NOVA NSPH is organising a public session on 8 October, from 16:00 to 19:30, to present the results of the three CONCORDIA projects, focused on Chronic Kidney Disease, Heart Failure, and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

These projects have focused on identifying the main concerns, impacts, and challenges experienced by people living with chronic conditions, as well as the perceptions of healthcare professionals. By promoting a comparative and collaborative perspective, the initiative aims to improve the quality of care and enhance health outcomes.
