• Mapping of needs and resources, social diagnoses and social and health development plans;
• Municipal plans for the integration of vulnerable populations, including migrants;
• Epidemiological, economic, social impact studies, among others;
• Support for the design and implementation of data collection; in the field using different methodologies, techniques and instruments;
• Design of applications for project financing;
• Data analysis;
• Preparation of reports and other publications.

At UNLOCK we strengthen the skills of people, communities and organisations to promote access, understanding and use of information and health services:

• Training, workshops, seminars, and other formats, aimed at diverse audiences to promote or
  strengthen technical, scientific and transversal skills (online, face-to-face or hybrid formats).

At UNLOCK we mobilize resources for health and disease management, and co-create inclusive, sustainable and proximity solutions based on real needs and existing resources:

• Promotion of strategic alliances between citizens, public and private entities, civil society organisations to work, in an integrated way, in the promotion of health literacy;
• Development of innovation ecosystems, with broad involvement of all relevant actors;
• Promotion of workshops (e.g. design thinking) for the identification of problems, co-design and implementation of innovative solutions;
• Promotion of the use of digitisation and interactivity of initiatives (e.g. apps, simulators, games, videos).

At UNLOCK we amplify the voice of people, organisations and communities, reinforcing their capacity for intervention and influence for the improvement of health and positive social change:

• Promotion of creative events on health literacy, aimed at diverse audiences, including using methodologies based on the arts (photovoice, storytelling, exhibitions, documentaries);
• Support for the development of health literacy campaigns and social responsibility projects;
• Articulation with the media for information on health issues;
• Counselling for health content;
• Production and adaptation of printed, digital and multimedia resources (e.g. manuals, tools, infographics);
• Conceptualisation of data visualisation technological solutions (e.g. dynamic maps, dashboards);
• Promotion of interactive knowledge centres in health literacy.

At UNLOCK we monitor and evaluate the implementation, results and impact of health literacy interventions, strategies, programs and policies:

• Support for the development of evidence-based strategies and policies;
• Design of evaluation models for health literacy interventions, strategies, programs and policies;
• Participatory assessments: needs assessment, acceptability, implementation, effectiveness, social and health impact;
• Evaluation of complex interventions;
• Design and evaluation of strategies to expand (scale) social innovation projects.
