Field of Knowledge: Care Integration
By the end of the training, participants will be able to define continuous and palliative care (CCP), understand its importance in the healthcare system, and compare organizational models across countries. They should also be able to describe measurement methodologies, assess the quality and financing of CCP, as well as analyze challenges and propose solutions for the future development of these care models.
