THE POSTGRADUATE COURSE

 

The objective of this Postgraduate Course is to equip professionals with the skills to apply knowledge in human resources management in health, with the aim of improving the efficiency of management processes and the outcomes achieved.

In this context, the course seeks to train professionals capable of understanding the health labour market and its key determinants, including major global and regional policies, financing models, governance and leadership, education and continuous professional development, working models and career development, as well as health and well-being in the workplace.
