A training program focused on the development of essential skills to understand, manage, and optimize human resources in healthcare, promoting sustainability and organizational efficiency.
By the end of the training, participants will have learned how to integrate human resources management into the organizational strategy, applying diagnostics and interventions to improve performance, engagement, and team motivation. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of the importance of human resources for the sustainability and efficiency of health systems, and will be equipped to support critical decisions regarding personnel allocation and development.

HR challenges in healthcare organizations;
Mechanisms for coordination of work in healthcare;
Leadership and motivation;
Functions of strategic HR management;
Culture and management models: Managing multidisciplinary teams;
Diagnosis of strategic HR management, organizational culture assessment;
Diagnosis of motivation, engagement, involvement, and relational coordination.
The awarding of 4 ECTS requires a positive result in the final assessment.
