    The Postgraduate Course in Occupational Medicine enables the development of knowledge and skills to participate in the definition of global strategies for the protection and promotion of workers’ health, as well as maintaining work fitness. It also aims to promote technological innovation and organizational change, managing health risk factors for workers; planning, executing, and evaluating medical surveillance actions and programs; and understanding labor legislation related to Health, Hygiene, and Safety in the Workplace. Additionally, it covers the ethical and deontological standards of the occupational medicine profession.

     

    IDEAL STUDENT

     

    This course is intended exclusively for graduates in Medicine, or holders of an integrated master’s degree in Medicine, who attend, at the Occupational Medicine medical internship, the training program in the specialization area of ​​Occupational Medicine.

    All graduates in Medicine (or holders of an integrated master’s degree in Medicine) who, while not participating in the Occupational Medicine medical internship, wish to acquire scientific knowledge and skills in the field of Occupational Health, must apply for the Master’s in Occupational Health.
